Terms of Service
By accessing and using ShopEase ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or creating an account.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all details are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation with your Order ID. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. The full order amount is payable at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of order value. Delivery timelines depend on your location and typically range from 3 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
5. Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel an order while it is in "Confirmed" status. Once an order moves to "Processing" or beyond, it cannot be cancelled. For returns, you may contact our support team within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ShopEase — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ShopEase India Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShopEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
